Since 1991, FastAction Sports has been the only nationwide league and tournament organization dedicated to the sport of 4-on-4 Non-Contact Flag Football. We offer year round play, an awesome annual National Championship Tournament in Las Vegas, competitive divisions for all abilities, Professionally trained referees, awards for all top teams and players and the best personal service in the business.
FastAction Sports is dedicated to the proposition that all Players deserve an equally excellent Recreational Sports experience, no matter what their age or ability. To that end, we at Fast action Sports will always strive to go the extra mile, do the extra job, give the extra inch to see to it that our players get absolutely the best game anyone can have anywhere.
History
In October of 1991, NFL Properties and Terry Murphy (former president of Streetball Partners, Inc.) asked Chuck Price/Fast Action Sports to help them create a flag football event for the NFL similar to what Hoop-It-Up was to the NBA. Two months later, Fast Action Sports ran the first 4-on-4 flag football tournament ever, staging two events simultaneously in Mission Viejo, CA and the San Fernando Valley (The “NFL Draw Play”). The following year, the event was named “Air-It-Out” and was held in 10 cities featuring a championship game between the tournament winner and a team of NFL players broadcast nationwide on the ABC network.
Although Fast Action has managed or consulted for the Los Angeles stop on the tour ever since, the majority of Fast Action’s effort went into starting the first independent flag football league program to run nationwide, and in 1993 started Fast Action Football in Florida, Texas, Arizona and California. Today, Fast Action Sports manages “4-Man” leagues in 10 cities across the country, holds an annual National Championship Tournament of its own in Las Vegas, and is the organizer of the QUICKSTRIKE National 4-Man Tournament Series.
In addition to 4-on-4 flag football, Fast Action Sports also manages events for Pac 10 Properties as well as the Los Angeles Clippers, and serves as the Director of Game Operations for the CaliFlorida Bowl High School All-Star Game, featuring the best prep football players from California vs. their counterparts from Florida.
